Bayou Boys Crawfish n’ Boudin is where hot crawfish and good vibes collide. We sling the freshest mudbugs in town and serve up smoked boudin, crunchy boudin balls, gumbo that hugs your soul, and jambalaya that hits like Mardi Gras on a plate.
We roll without a brick-and-mortar spot—we bring the bayou to you. Check out our calendar below to see where we’re posted up and how to place your order. Hosting a private event? We love ‘em. No crowd is too big—our minimum is a 50-lb boil (feeds about 15 hungry folks) and we can scale all the way up to rodeo size.
